Lynchat Ltd has been in the business of providing internet-based services since 2004 and is based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, UK.


Although some of our customers are in the local area, because we work almost entirely by email and share work progress through our private or public websites, the technology means that it doesn't really matter where we or our customers are geographically based. We just need to make sure that our bright ideas and our customers' requirements meet successfully. In fact, we currently have customers throughout the UK and also in northern France.

There are three main areas of activity - Online Products and Services, Website Management and Website Design.

Online Products and Services

Lynchat Ltd is the supplier of the ActiveDataInfo system - an easy to use online business service which produces standard documents such as quote letters, jobsheets, invoices and receipts directly and easily from job information. This can be installed on a customer's own server or provided as a monthly Sequendo subscription. Other products and services include:

BonusWeb - a web help service and online technology store.
CalendarImages - enables calendars to be added to users' own pictures for subsequent download.
DrawMyFamilyTree - an online genealogy program which creates family trees from entered data.
FreeNoter - an opinion and information sharing service.
Twenty-Four-Seven - provides somewhere to sell and exchange items.
SendLink - shortens web addresses and provides domain masking.

Other products and services are in development.

Website Management

Lynchat Ltd undertakes the routine servicing of customers' own websites, whether originally created by Lynchat Ltd or not - for example regular checking to ensure service continuity, making database backups or implementing updates.

Reports can be produced analysing existing customer websites to assist individuals and companies in decision-making about future developments.

Website Design

Lynchat Ltd creates websites from scratch to meet customer's requirements and also modifies and develops existing websites to meet customers' changing business requirements.

Advice and assistance is provided with obtaining web addresses and help is provided with arranging hosting services, so there's no need to worry if getting a website seems too technical, too complicated or too time consuming - just let us look after everything for you.

All new Lynchat Ltd websites are provided with an optional PageControl package, which enables customers to easily undertake their own updates if they wish. PageControl can also be retrofitted to many existing websites.
